Minh Pham, Founder
Minh Pham has many years of hands-on experience and expertise in the caring industry – first as a support worker for seniors and people living with disabilities, then as a case manager and care adviser for home carers in Brisbane. Supported by his wife, a clinical nurse, he leads a strong team of highly qualified support workers, each one dedicated to delivering care that surpasses our client’s expectations. Minh and his wife are also Brisbane locals, with a strong passion for connecting with and helping members of his community.
Thanh Vo, Team Leader
Thanh Vo has years of experience delivering excellent customer service, which he puts to good use in his current role. He provides information in the community about care funding and lead a city-wide Care Advice team to assists people in applying for Aged Care and NDIS packages to receive the necessary supports they truly need to maintain their independence. Thanh also has vast experiences in this sector having worked as a support worker, case manager and support coordinator, and with the skills acquired, is passionate to support his team to provide the most quality and individualised care to support clients and their families to live their best lives.
Duy Nguyen (Don), Case Manager and Registered Nurse
Duy Nguyen is a Registered Nurse with over four years’ experience in aged care. Having worked as a personal care assistant and Registered Nurse – both in residential facilities and out in the community – Don is adept at collaborating with clients, family members and health professionals to deliver individualised care. A strong communicator, Don loves building a trusting relationship with clients, and supporting them to maintain their dignity and independence.
Amy Le, Case Manager and Support Coordinator
Amy Le was a frontline officer for the Government sector in Child Protection before transferring her passion for caring and communication skills to her current role. Amy loves working with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) participants, and connecting NDIS participants to the appropriate services to build their capability. Her biggest hope is to help NDIS participants to pursue their goals, and to live with greater independence. Amy has a double degree in Business Management and Behavioural Science (Psychology) from QUT.
Tina Le, Administration and Rostering Officer
Tina Le worked in administration in Vietnam before moving to Australia and changing careers to the aged care industry as a professional support worker. She supports the Home Caring Inala office with her excellent management and organisational skills, working flexibly to best support our staff team and their clients’ individual needs.
Trang Hoang, Case Manager
Trang Hoang has plenty of on-the-ground experience in the care industry, having worked as an assistant in nursing in aged care settings, and provided personalised support as a professional care worker. She is passionate about helping seniors and people with disability enjoy happy, healthy lives in the comfort of their home. Trang has also worked as an ESL teacher in the community, and speaks Vietnamese.
Kelly Vo, Registered Nurse and Case Manager
Kelly is a dedicated Registered Nurse with years of experience providing care to elderly clients in a Queensland Not For Profit organisation. She meets people’s needs with compassion and empathy, providing holistic care that helps her clients experience quality of life. Kelly is fluent in Vietnamese, and is passionate about helping those who are vulnerable live with dignity.
Huy Nguyen, Registered Nurse and Case Manager
Huy is a newly graduated Registered Nurse (RN) with a wealth of experience in hospital care, having completed the majority of his placements at Greenslopes Private Hospital. His unique background in allied health as an Exercise Physiologist (EP) infuses a distinctive perspective into his nursing practice, one that emphasizes the importance of active participation in one’s health journey. His passion for health is shown in his commitment to assisting individuals with disabilities in leading fulfilling lives and fostering meaningful social interactions.
